The Letter Handler™ module gives you the ability to send letters to your customers and vendors,
create and edit your own letter templates, and easily send batches of letters to multiple recipients,
including the ability to send blank certificates with the letters for automatic resubmission. The
Certificate Handler™ offers flexible options, including the handling of hard copy and electronic

Based upon user type, you will be able to easily customize CertiSoft CM™ to fit
your needs. You may choose to add custom tax certificates if desired, or have Ryan
create them to migrate with CertiSoft CM™.
