Valuation Services Practice
Ryan Valuation Services (RVS) is the valuation resource for the Firm's
Property Tax practice and maintains expertise in all property appraisal
disciplines, including real property, machinery and equipment, inventory,
and unit valuation. RVS provides appraisal and valuation consulting
services developed and communicated in compliance with the Uniform
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal
Foundation. Valuation and appraisal consulting services are provided
primarily for the purpose of taxation.
