Ryan & Company Welcomes John Walter.
Ryan & Company announced today that John
Walter has joined Ryan & Company as Principal
in Charge of the Atlanta, Georgia office.
Prior to joining Ryan & Company, Mr. Walter
was a Partner with a major national accounting
firm, with responsibility for developing specific
product and service market plans consistent
with the strategic plan of the Multistate
Tax practice.

Ryan Software Announces the Release of
Tex-Tax on the Web.
Ryan Software today announced the release
of its comprehensive Texas sales and use tax
research tool, Tex-Tax, "The Texas Sales and
Use Tax Expert System " on the Web. This new
Internet version is the latest release for
the Ryan Software product and will replace
earlier versions, previously released on CD
Rom.

Ryan & Company Announces Opening of
Southern California Office.
Ryan & Company, a national provider of state
& local tax consulting and software implementation
services, today announced the opening of its
10th office located in Los Angeles, California.
The firm has signed a temporary lease for
24th floor office space in the Wells Fargo
Center-North Tower located at 333 South Grand
Avenue in downtown Los Angeles, California.
Duggan Realty Advisors, L.L.C. of Dallas,
Texas represented Ryan & Company in connection
with the transaction.

Tony Mills Joins Ryan & Company as
Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
Ryan & Company today announced that Tony Mills
has joined the Firm as Executive Vice President
and General Counsel. In this role, Tony will
direct the Ryan & Company legal department
and will be responsible for developing plans
to accelerate the Firm's growth through strategic
acquisition, alliances and other creative
business relationships. Tony will operate
out of Ryan & Company's Atlanta office supported
by Patti Deemer, Corporate Paralegal.

Expansion into State Severance Taxes Announced.
