William Samuels Joins Ryan & Company; Expansion into State Severance Taxes Announced.
Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company announced today that William (Bill)
Samuels, CPA, and his team of severance tax consulting and compliance
professionals have joined the firm. Bill and his group will be based in
Ryan & Company's Houston office.
