Ryan & Company Hires Art Arbuckle to Develop Indianapolis Region.
Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company, America's largest independent
state and local tax consulting firm, has named Art Arbuckle, well-known
sales and use tax expert, as Senior Manager in charge of the Indianapolis
market. Arbuckle has 19 years of experience, including serving as practice
and marketing leader for sales and use tax in the Indianapolis and Chicago
offices for one of the major national accounting firms.
Arbuckle will provide the foundation for the firm's Indianapolis regional
office. In this role, he will be responsible for developing and servicing
clients in all areas of state and local tax services, including multistate
audit management and protests, negotiated settlements, effective use tax
compliance agreements, refund studies, tax planning, process improvement,
nexus studies, and sales and use tax education.
