Ryan & Company Appoints Tony Mills President.
Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company today announced that Tony Mills was named President
and a Member of the Board of Directors. Mills, Ryan & Company's 19th Principal who joined the Firm
in April 2002 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, will relocate to the Dallas headquarters.
Prior to joining Ryan & Company, Mills was Senior Vice President-Corporate Development of
PRG-Schultz International, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRGX). PRG-Schultz is the world’s leading recovery
audit firm. Beginning in 1997, Mills established and led the Corporate Development function
and was instrumental in forming alliances and acquiring numerous companies around the world.
