Ryan & Company Announces Purchase of TaxDecisionERP™; Company Plans to Expand Tax Technology Service Offerings.
Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company, America’s largest independent state & local tax consulting
firm, today announced that it has acquired all rights to TaxDecisionERP™, an advanced U.S.
multistate use tax decision automation tool for SAP users. TaxDecisionERP™ was jointly developed by Ryan & Company and Technology Solutions Company in
2004 and provides the framework for Ryan & Company's proprietary tax decision automation services.

TaxDecisionERP™ is a patent pending, integrated software solution that enables
