Dallas/Ft. Worth State Tax Association Announces Mayor Ron Kirk and Arthur R. Rosen to Speak at Luncheon.

Dallas, Texas -- Mayor Ronald Kirk and Arthur R. Rosen, a partner with McDermott, Will & Emery in New York City, New York, will be speaking at the Dallas / Ft. Worth State Tax Association luncheon on Tuesday, February 1, 2000. Mayor Ron Kirk will speak about his involvement with the Advisory Commission on Electronic Commerce, while Mr. Rosen, who chairs McDermott, Will & Emery's state & local tax practice, will provide an objective overview of e-commerce.
