Acquisition Expands Ryan & Company’s Credits and Incentives Practice.
Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company, America's largest independent state &
local tax consulting firm, today announced the acquisition of the Incentive Products
Group from Austin-based Capital Certified Development Corporation.
“The acquisition allows Ryan & Company the opportunity to expand and optimize its
full-service solutions to clients seeking assistance in the credits and incentives
area,” said G. Brint Ryan, Managing Principal of Ryan & Company.
“Many companies are recognizing the tremendous opportunities that incentive and

The Incentive Products Group will be incorporated into Ryan & Company’s existing Credits
and Incentives Practice in Austin, Texas and will provide Ryan & Company clients with a
broad range of economic development expertise. The group works hand-in-hand with state &
local economic development professionals to assist in the efficient usage of an array of
incentive financing tools.
