• Nebraska Revised Statute § 77-2734.04(5) stated that a corporation will be considered to be doing business in the state whenever the minimum standards of Public Law 86-272 are exceeded. This law was repealed.
• Nebraska Revised Statute § 77-2702(2)(a) telephone communication services, local exchange telephone services. This law was repealed.
• Nebraska Revised Statute §77-2702.07(3) sales of data files that are received electronically , computer software delivered electronically. This law was repealed.
