AWARDS
Mr. Gibson has received numerous awards, including being named "Ten Best Legislators" and "Honorable
Mention for Legislative Services" by Texas Monthly, "Seven Best Legislators" and "Ten Best
Legislators" by The Dallas Morning News, and "one of the most diligent, capable members
of the Legislature" by the Fort Worth Star Telegram. Mr. Gibson also received the Honorary
Order of the Coif (2003) and was selected as a Member of the Dean's Roundtable at The University of
Texas School of Law (2002).
